Main bedroom features a queen size bed with underbed storage, built in robe and dressing table. Second bedroom is equipped with double bunk and built in robe. The kitchen includes a fridge, gas stove and microwave.

Because this is a relocatable home, there is no land title, so no stamp duty, conveyancing costs or rates. Site fees for 2020/21 are $5200.
Use of the cabin is limited to 250 days in any calendar year, with any one stay limited to 45 days. Owners can allow friends or family to use the cabin, but are not permitted to rent the cabin out.
