Both the living and dining areas open up onto the sun drenched courtyard with exquisite views of Kincumber Broadwater and immediate access to the walking track along the bay.
The kitchen has everything you may need. including a coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave.
There is a large, well-designed bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower as well as a separate powder room.
The outdoor space is where you will want to spend your time whilst holidaying at Broadwater, it has ample seating as well as direct access to the bay, a basketball hoop and BBQ.
