We found that the bank would not lend for this type of property so we took an investment equity loan from our family home for half deposit and the owner vendor financed us over 24 months for the balance. We are willing to do the same for a qualified buyer.
The vendor held the mortgage over the property until it was paid off but we had the title in our name from when we paid half so we could do what ever we wanted on the property. This property assisted us in moving onto a much larger rural property near Gatton and that is why we are selling as it is just too far from our current cattle operations.
