You have access to a gym, lap pool as well as secure undercover parking for 1 car. It's only 250m walk to the beach and we don’t ask you to leave your other best friend at home as we are pet friendly and welcome small dogs to join you. Why wouldn’t we with the beach, walking tracks and a multitude of parks in the area?

The Apartment building underwent redevelopment to preserve the heritage facade of the building from the 1800’s when it was an old brewery. Hidden behind this facade is a hidden oasis with a unique design that is thoroughly modern. Balinese style gardens create that relaxing away from it all feel. Peace and serenity, as you do laps of the communal pool or work out in the fully equipped gym. Please note Children are not allowed in the gym.

POINTS OF INTEREST

Dog friendly Albert Park is just a 10-minute walk. This lively park is the perfect spot for light exercise (BYO yoga mat!) or a casual stroll. There are also several fabulous picnic spots with views of the city skyline and nearby Albert Park Lake. Enjoy the array of water sports permitted in the lake, including paddle boats, sailing, rowing and more (sign up for lessons at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre). Mini golf (and regular golf) lovers will be able to take full advantage of the nearby course.
10 minutes on foot will take you to the bustling Bay Street shopping hub, home to all your daily coffee (we recommend Bay Street Café), restaurant, boutique shopping and health and wellness studio needs!

Pet Friendly On Application
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion. Sorry no cats allowed.

Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture.

Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. There is no grassed area in the property so clean up also refers to the common area of the gardens. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste in the yard so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost.

Located only 5 km from the CBD it is a quick 20 mins by bus or tram to the City.

By tram: Number 109 (to Port Melbourne) from Collins Street (about 20 minutes).
By tram: Number 1 (To: south Melbourne beach) from Swanston street, 20 minutes.

By bus: Number 238 from the corner of Collins and Market streets to Bay Street to (about 25 minutes).
