It is within walking distance to Oxley railway station and all amenities which include a large Woolworths.

Local to many schools and Daycare centres.

We have lived there since the 90's and brought up 3 wonderful kids. The house is great for family life, with plenty of space so you're not on top of each other. With the granny flat out the back, you can even escape family life if it gets too much. My wife and I ended up claiming the granny flat area for that very reason. As the kids grew there was plenty of space so that when they had friends over you hardly knew they were there.

Out the back which I now use as an Office (I will personally miss that part) used to be used as a teenage retreat.
