Alternatively from Melbourne take the V Line train to Geelong (35 km away), and jump on a bus that drops you off very close to the house. The historic town of Queenscliff (ferry service to/from Sorrento) and Point Lonsdale surf beach are only a short car ride away. Well-known vineyards such as Jack Rabbit & Terindah Estate, The Whiskery, Basil's Farm, Tuckerberry Farm, PIKNIK cafe, Pucci's cafe, Blues Train, and Portarlington golf course are also nearby.
