Our property is on the Atherton Tablelands. We are approx. 3,000 feet above sea level and are generally 6 degrees cooler than the coastal areas with much less humidity. This well-loved, rural, fully fenced residential property with barn is situated on 3.7 acres of land, on a no through road, with tarmacked driveways to both buildings. The land also has a dam, a wooden stable and 1965 Franklin caravan in need of some TLC. We are situated 9kms from our local town of Ravenshoe. Ravenshoe has medical services, two IGA's, two pubs, post office, excellent bakery, community services, a Catholic School, a State School and long day childcare.
