All rooms feature reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning which can be turned on at the touch of a button using the wall-mounted iPad. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your convenience, as well as an outdoor clothesline. For your security, the property is fully fenced and gated, and security cameras are installed at the front and rear. Two car parks are included, plus street parking is also available.
