One owner home, built by Qld Colonial Homes back in the early 90s. All docunentation (floorplans etc) available for viewing. Valerie Close is very much known as one of Edens Landing's "dress circle" streets.
Has some wear & tear from having tenants in it for a few years. Pics were taken before the tenants moved in in 2014. Gallery of pics gives an honest and accurate overview of the home, however it now needs some cosmetic / superficial attention.
Clearly the breathtaking views are the address's stand -out feature; and the rustic character of the home and large quarter acre block add alot to it's appeal.
I know the real estate wisdom says to "spruce up" your home before putting it on the market, and I am more happy to do that if req'd (I envisage this being a $5 - 10K exercise). However, many times I have seen sellers do exactly that, only for the new buyers to change things to their own tastes & preferences after purchase.
Consequently, I am going to first experiment with the idea of crediting you, the buyer, with being able to envisage how you'd like to make it your's; and explore the possibility of an "as is" sale at a realistically adjusted price... potentially facilitating a win-win outcome.
Happy to field any queries you may have, and inspections welcome.
