Extra wide covered timber decking for entertaining and a great location for your BBQ ensuring you can use year round.
Brand new bathroom with toilet shower hand basin and shave cabinet...all quality products.
All located at the Mannum caravan park.
Mannum itself has many many events throughout the year.
THIS PARK ALSO HAS ITS OWN BOATRAMP, LEAVE YOUR BOAT OR JETSKI AT THE PARKS BEACH SIMPLE!!!
Theire are playgrounds and extra showers toilets available.
The park is located in the heart of town bext to pubs restaurants and all the local shopping you will need...plus a great pizza bar.
For approximately $3700 per year you can stay for 180 nights not 150 as previously incorrectly advertised.
That's right 180 nights!!!!!!
That makes things even better now only costs approx $20per night....sweeeeeeet.
No mowing any lawns just unpack the car and relaxxxxx. Kids will loooove it.
The best way to see the cabin is to actually have a look, you will be impressed...more photos can be supplied if needed, The grass looks a bit average now but will grow back after the Renos and when it does you will be able to park your 2 cars and jetski like we have.
We know people that have also bought vans with friends or family, they split the purchase price abd split the yearly fees this may be an option for you.
There is also a rectrable blind for privacy between our cabin and next door that we keep inside when not in use.
