Seeking a good home(owner) for my beautiful apartment at the top of Braddon. I have outlined key pros and cons of the property below and am hoping someone else will feel the pros outweigh the cons, as I did two years ago. They still would and I would happily stay if I hadn't had a change of circumstances which has led to the decision to downsize.
I got into the property market by the skin of my teeth and due to some sad circumstances so I'd like to help someone else who might otherwise struggle to get a foot in the door by selling below market value.
Pros:
- A light, spacious, very livable home (trust me, I have spent more time here than I ever imagined due to lockdowns and working from home!):
- North-facing
- Windows on three sides
- Quiet and private feeling
- Lovely green outlooks, particularly onto the beautiful gumtree out front
- Such a convenient location, being a 15-minute stroll from Lonsdale Street, Ainslie Shops, Lyneham Shops and Dickson, as well as right on the light rail
- second bedroom is a very decent size (my housemate, who has lived in it for 2 years told me to add this so hopefully that supports this statement!)
