You can also rent the third room which can be used as an office or study!it’s not for sleeping. It works great if you’re working from home or studying. Note the third room is a single room and will be an extra charge of $10 weekly if you decide to rent it.
Bedroom with private bathroom and toilet ($330/wk) comes with designated parking. Water bill is included. You’ll be splitting electricity and internet bill with the other tenant.
For Couples; Rent will be an extra $20 weekly ($350/week).
Ample of visitors parking around the complex. There's more parking just outside the Golf course.
Both bedrooms comes with a lock, built in wardrobes, queen beds and mattresses. The living area is equipped with a couch, TV and sound system.
The kitchen comes with an induction cooker, cooking pots, utensils, fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher.
The laundry comes with a washing machine and dryer combo.
No Pets allowed.
