After a lengthy and disappointing "false start", we are back on the market and remain enthusiastic sellers.
"Ivorywood" is a delightful, fully furnished semi-detached townhouse and has been our Bunya Mountains Getaway & Holiday Rental for the last three and a half years.

The townhouse has been painted throughout recently and, with an overall floor area of just under 100m2, could easily become a permanent residence or continue to be a valuable investment property as either a long or short term holiday let.
Rustic steps lead down from the shared double carport to the front porch and main entrance into the hallway.
The Laundry is off the hallway which continues on to the kitchen. The Laundry contains a washtub with cupboards under, a top loader washing machine and a wall mounted tumble dryer. The separate third toilet, with a loo and small hand basin, is off the Laundry.
The fully equipped Kitchen has a large food cupboard, wall mounted eye level crockery cupboards, ample worktop space with cupboards under, a microwave oven, fridge/freezer, conventional electric oven with separate four ring cooktop, double sink and drainer, dishwasher and plenty of drawer space.
