The Villa is on 4 levels and is fully self contained and situated on the top of the resort and takes in beautiful water
views from the top deck off the living area and also the bottom deck from the 2 very large air conditioned bedrooms
on the lower level.The decks are under roof and are not affected by the western afternoon sun unlike the smaller 2
bedroom ones.
There are different size units in the resort and this is one of the largest. Unlike most villas this one has
great water views from both balconies. There are 2 bathrooms 1 ensuite and 1 with spa and twin vanities in the main.
The third bedroom is on the very top level and very popular with the kids my grand kids love it.
The resort has 3 pools, tennis courts, general store with liquor outlet and garage. As an owner you are entitled to FREE barges which
includes your car and 4 passengers. Also you are entitled to a FREE island permit to drive throughout the island.
