Longstaff 19 is located in the Eco Precinct of Couran Cove Island Resort. Resort guests and residents enjoy access to the 25 metre 10 lane pool and children's pools on Spa Island. Restaurants and amenities, convenience store / coffee shop as well as activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, games rooms, movie nights, mini golf, beach volleyball, basketball, squash court, basketball, lagoon floating water play area.
Tipplers is a short 5 min trip by boat, about a 40 minute walk or take a bike through the stunning natural Australian bush and see golden wallabies, possums, echidnas, goannas and all the native Australian wildlife the island has to offer. Once you reach your destination, enjoy breakfast or lunch with a coffee or cocktail at the well-known Tipplers Licensed Caf.
The Cabin comes fully furnished with beds (newly purchased October 2019), linen, lounge set, coffee table, fridge (x 2), washing machine, dryer, board games, appliances & more. The property is comfortably furnished and ready for you to move in. There is a gas bbq and storage shed on the front porch. The front and back porches have been revitalised with artificial turf. Two Mitsubishi Electric Inverter wall unit air conditioners, 2 x 20amp circuits and a weatherproof GPO were installed February 2018. A gas fireplace is located in the main living area.
Body Corporate Fees approximately $3,700 per quarter. Includes, electricity, water, sewerage.
