Fully furnished (prefer to rent fully furnished.) king bed & 2 bedside tables & lamps, dining table & chairs, lounge, tv unit , mini fridge & microwave, NO full stove. (double portable cooktop if required).
No laundry room, but plenty of room to put your washing machine in bathroom.
Can reduce rent if willing to do odd jobs- mowing, gardening etc.
Single person only. References required and 4 weeks bond & rent to be paid & kept 2 weeks in advance. Initially 3 month short term trial rental period, then ongoing rental for good tenant. Pets may be considered after initial short term rent period. Prefer non smoker. Please only apply with information about yourself if you fit requirements.
