Great large 32ft caravan and a 35ft annex that has an open kitchen freshly painted, 2+ bedrooms, a newly painted bathroom that has a shower and toilet and the caravan comes with an outdoor area and a shed.


Kitchen has a lpg gas stove complete with oven and 4 gas jets. There is also a dining area within the caravan.

Lounge area is approx. 20ft in length and 10ft in width and comes with the Lounge Suite, TV Entertainment unit, coffee table and terrific split system which is great in both the hot and cool seasons.

The outdoor area is quite large and the shed would be approx. 8ft square.

Naturally the new owners would have to meet up with the Park Managers for their approval but they are great.
