Villa 152 comprisesd of 2 bedrooms, combined kitchen and dining complete with gas cook top and an Omega dishwasher. The large lounge is open plan and is beautifully tiled throughout.
The bathroom is wheelchair friendly and there is a second toilet. The washing machine, both toilets and the back outside tap are served by 5,000 litre rainwater tank.
All windows are fitted with Holland blinds and curtains. There is an outside front blind to help protect from the afternoon sun.
